About Unity Gaming Services
-
Unity processes this data on our behalf as our processor (service provider). Unity may process such data to provide and improve its services and may use de-identified or aggregated data. See Unity's Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy (for game players: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy).
-
Where the data is stored: Unity does not publish the storage location for these three services, so we cannot name a single country. The processing locations Unity lists for its sub-processor Google Cloud are the United States, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Singapore, and Taiwan (as of December 2024).
-
Safeguards: Unity is bound by a Data Processing Addendum with us. We could not confirm from Unity's public materials which specific transfer safeguards (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply to these services. We have asked Unity and will update this section when we receive an answer.
Your consent
When you start using the Service, the Game asks for your consent to the transfer of your personal data to Unity outside your country.
6. Where and how long we keep data
| Data | Where | How long |
|---|
| Account, game data, and consent records (including Steam ID) | Unity's servers (countries as in Section 5) | Until your account is deleted |
| Records of server-side logic | Unity's servers | Up to 30 days |
| Data of a match in progress | Match server (Japan) | Until the match ends |
| Match server connection logs | Match server (Japan) | 90 days |
| Support emails | Our email (Google's service, United States) | 1 year after your request is resolved |
7. Deleting your account and data
-
In the Game: "Delete account" in the Game's Settings deletes your Service account, game data, and match records.
-
By email: write to support@chronowagames.com with your Steam profile URL and the player ID shown in the Game's settings. After confirming your identity, we delete your data within 30 days.
-
Deletion cannot be undone, and your cards and other In-Game Items will not come back. Records of server-side logic on Unity's servers are deleted automatically within 30 days. Match server connection logs are deleted when the period in Section 6 ends.
-
"Start over" in the Game's settings resets your game data so you can play from the beginning; it does not delete your account.
8. Your requests
-
You may ask us to tell you how we use your personal data, to give you access to it (including records of sharing with third parties), to correct, add to, or delete it, to stop using or erase it, or to stop sharing it.
-
Contact: support@chronowagames.com
-
We will confirm that you own the Steam account; we will tell you how when you contact us. If someone asks on your behalf, we will ask for proof of their authority.
-
There is no fee.
-
We will reply without delay, usually by email.
9. Security
-
We have set this policy and our own rules for collecting, using, storing, and deleting data.
-
Only the owner of Chronowa Games handles personal data. We have a procedure for reporting and notifying in case of a data breach.
-
We protect our development devices against loss and theft and lock their screens.
-
Communications are encrypted. Our admin accounts use two-step verification (including protection through Google account sign-in), and access is limited. Game data is decided on the server side to prevent tampering.
-
We take into account the data protection laws of the countries listed in Section 5.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Under the Steam Subscriber Agreement, children under 13 may not use Steam. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you are a minor, please use the Service with your parent's or guardian's permission.
